With Telegram cracking down on data breach channels, it seems like we’re at a crossroads. 
First, we had dark web forums, then Telegram became the main spot. But now, many groups are getting shut down.

Do you think there’s a new platform rising for this kind of content? Are we going back to private forums or more decentralized options? 
Or will Telegram still stick around, just more under the radar?

There will be something else that others go to. Telegram isn't the only privacy minded messaging application.

What's next? People will find a way to secure persistence to the users in their telegram groupchat so they never lose them again.
What's next? Perhaps people will have to complete Id verification for access to a VPN to access the breaches on a xvideos subdomain. Fek, maybe the links will even be in certain comment sections #pornC2fork4breaches.
