I use to do workout in morning and evening , i take my supper around 6-7 , it makes me fall sleep around 9-10 .

melatonin works well my dude . you can also use the spray but i never used that one

usually they are given out for free in libraries or for a fee in bookstores. I'm not kidding. It helps a lot. Any book. And if you don't fall asleep, you'll learn something) so that's the only benefit!
Melatonin - the best spray in the mouth - 15 minutes and you're asleep Escitalopram - 2-3 hours before bedtime. You'll want to sleep as if you haven't slept for 2 days
