I could barely 150 hours, so I am just so confused on people who have THOUSANDS. For people who do, what game is it?

My most played games are Cyberpunk 2077 and Dying Light 2, both with around 150. So if you know games that can last longer without getting too boring, I'd like to know!

well some games are not just doing the same shit over and over like BG3 you can simply change the whole story and play it over and over with the mechanics that opens on different paths and also mods are really changing the whole game too

For me, my poison is Fallout 4. Been playing for 6 years and UmutK said, mods help keep it fresh.

I personally love games that allow me to control civilizations making every play through of games like total war HoI or EU4 seem totally different from the last.

if you pay attention to steam hours played for certain games, they are mostly multiplayer games. if you like pvp, then look towards fps or mmos. otherwise, coop games like division 2, darktide, drg, payday 2, kf2, etc allow you to dump hundreds/thousands of hours easily.

Try for yourself witcher 3 with add-ons, or Skyrim. Witcher will catch the plot, and Skyrim its atmosphere and additional quests.
