Maybe because games used to be real "games" with fun gameplay and fun graphics,
And now games are just trying to have the most realistic graphics and simulate real-life things (ex: bodycam trying to be extremely realistic, with a shooting system close to the real life)

If you're brain rotted from competitive shooters/MOBA's then yea for sure, playing chill games like cyberpunk and runescape makes you enjoy games a bit more

It's paid, but you can find some safe cracked ones, and sometimes even translated into your own language.
Research just a bit about it, dont hunt any spoilers or else it ruins the fun.
