Improve my Network OpSec

I think I have my network set up very well. It looks like this
VM -> VPN -> VPS -> Proxy or TOR (whichever is needed) Does anyone have any ways to improve it? Should I run VPN between the VPS and proxy or even to TOR?

I would deploy the vm in tor network, and connect the target to the vm via tor proxy and dns tuneling.

whonix + vpns and qubes os then temporary rdp or vps never store data on vpn always back up locally
