It's hard to say if this guy is a Russian spy or just plain nuts. On the one hand, he's been banned from trading on stock exchanges and sells military info to different governments. On the other hand, he says he's stuck in the middle of nowhere with the feds hunting him down and is trading old communist stuff for diesel and ammo with some crazy old lady.
