I don't think it's possible for anyone to buy a house in the near future. Even the far future is a stretch

I was thinking about it too. My problem is that mortgages are a form of slavery and there are many hidden maintenance costs. If you are not a DIY person I would not recommend buying. If you can fix things yourself then you can buy, improve the residence and sell it more expensive. This is a great investment.

Depends on your locale but is a generally sound decision (if you can afford if, ofc).

depends on the housing market and the stability of your region if the market crashes it sucks for the people selling houses but it would be a good time to buy. if prices are high and still rising then maybe wait for a crash. ultimately you have more more information about your own financial situation than any of us and we can only speculate about the future

Buy a house when you actually need one. Like when you're getting laid regularly by one woman and you want to lock it in. Don't wait until a kid is on the way, then you'll need your money for diapers.

If you can get a condo where you work when you're single for cheap-ish then do that. You might have it paid down by the time you're locking it in.
