Today I am leaking the complete subscriber database of SCTV (Saigontourist Cable Television), one of the largest telecommunications and cable TV providers in Vietnam.
The data was extracted directly from their internal billing and infrastructure management systems.
Database Specifications:

• Total Records: 3,897,950 (~3.9 Million)
  
• Format: 259 CSV files (Approx. 15,050 records per file)
  
• Status: June 2026 Fresh Data
  

What's inside?
This is not just basic info. It includes full infrastructure details:

• Subscriber IDs (TB_MATHUEBAO)
  
• Full Names (TB_HOTEN)
  
• Physical Addresses (D_LAPDAT_TEN)
  
• Device Serial Numbers / MAC Address (MASO1 - Essential for ONT/Modem attacks)
  
• Plan Details (GCCT_ID: GPON_100M, 150M, 250M, etc.)
  
• Branch Codes & Infrastructure IDs (CN_ID, MaHaTang)
  
• Activation & Status Dates (NgayThaoTac, TB_NGAYNGHIEMTHU)
