I’m kind of tired of only watching shonen anime cause the old recent shojo anime is romance or aimed at children. The nineties had good magical girls, but I’m hoping for something more recent with a strong female lead. Thanks in advance.

I recommend "Munou na Nana". I'm not sure if this is considered a shojo anime, but the protagonist is indeed a teenage girl and there is very little love involved
