Today, we officially announce a successful breach into the systems of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, resulting in full unauthorized access to the network and the complete exfiltration of their Oracle-based database.
This security breach was made possible due to critical vulnerabilities, severe misconfigurations, and technical negligence by the developers and personnel tasked with maintaining the ministry's employee database. The operation granted us total control over the system, allowing us to retrieve comprehensive employee files and over 5,000 active accounts belonging to personnel within the Civil Data Department.
We state that this cyber operation comes as a direct response to the repeated aggressions committed by the Kuwaiti Coast Guard against Iraqi fishermen within Iraqi territorial waters.
