Hello,

I had an idea for this forum. Often, users get scammed by people who have ranks, and there's no recourse to get the money or any sort of recompense back.

However, what if the rank of the scammer transfers over to the scam victim. This would be like using the rank as a sort of a way to have more trust in what you are buying. For example, if a user with MVP rank scammed a user with no rank, the user with no rank would get MVP rank as a way of getting their money back while the scammer is punished by being banned, and losing their rank.

This would also help support the forum and build a more loyal community, and be better for all.

This wouldn't really be a reimbursement from the forum. 

The scammer had a rank, which would then transfer over to the person who got scammed only if the scammer had a rank, not just if they are a scammer.

This doesn't take any money from the Breachforums admins, and can only cause good for the community. It's as simple as just transferring over the rank from the scammer's account to the victims account. 

Don't you think there should be some sort of recourse, as users with upgraded accounts are more trusted?

Upgrades != Trust. The forum has middlemen, and an escrow service. Incompetence should not be rewarded.

How would this be rewarding "incompetence"? Wouldn't the victim rather have their crypto back rather than an upgrade? It's not costing anyone anything extra, and its a good way to make sure people are secure in their dealings. Although the forum has middlemen and an escrow service, most places have an autoshop due to differences in timezones, and their website is designed around that. It's not like you are trying to buy something from an unupgraded member that refuses to use escrow.
