Microsoft Edge, the biggest shit computer has ever known since the 60s.. Not only is is bloatware but it's also practically spyware by the amount of telemetry this has that's constantly running in the background despite not using the software because according to Microsoft it is required to run the newer versions of Windows without issues, that being a totally false statement. By not letting us remove (Not even manually uninstalling) these potentially malicious (Webview2 vulnerabilities are prevalent) and privacy-disruptive software they're basically taking away from us more than one right forcing themselves on our computers.

Why do people still use Windows anyway? Just use Wine on Linux and sandbox it if you really need to run some Windows software

wine is fucking dogshit and useless for doing anything meaningful. people shit on macos a lot but it really is the best of both worlds - working desktop without having to fuck with it too much (and also software like photoshop), and relatively good access to unix stuff This forum account is currently banned. Your PC is fucking dogshit if it cannot run Windows software with Wine. You can literally do it on some cheap laptop and it will still work fine. Get better hardware and stop complaining

Your PC is fucking dogshit if it cannot run Windows software with Wine. You can literally do it on some cheap laptop and it will still work fine. Get better hardware and stop complaining

I just opened Adobe Photoshop in Wine, my PC didn't explode and I'm still alive. Is there anything else I can do for you?
I think your poor caveman-era PC needs some upgrade. Maybe download some RAM and STFU?

I best that in x so years Microsoft will be exposed as the work of evil, the worst company under the sun, that used it's powers to spy on people, use people, force people to use their services. Just look at the most of the state services- all use Microsoft services.
