how deserved haha, this will be very interesting

many files have reached their download quota
how to get them?

select all files that you want to download then click the three dots(more action) on the upper side of UI and select "Make a copy".
you should use several of google accounts or repeat copy and download and delete for this because the default drive size (15GB) is not enough to download all files

No, just select multiple and click the download button at the header. It'll attempt to zip everything, though most files will remain unzipped and just renamed, but you'll also be able to download them regardless of the situation. No need to waste time juggling accounts for some files.
