where is proof, I did not sent him account? he just wanted "replacement" account because he said account was not valid (but i checked before sent). Started ignoring when I catch him in cheating, and he things can do shit with this scam reports and proofs, which basically is not any proof.

There still is not really enough proof to really show there was a full scam, and that is why everyone should consistently track their trades with other users to make these issues more clear on a report. However, a vendor acting this way, and doing nothing to actually try to resolve it is just not acceptable. If you are selling on our forum, we expect a lot of our vendors. Harassing users, sending insults and other bullshit is not permitted.
