Good afternoon,
I was installing a software yesterday from an unknown provider and unfortunately there was a ransomware in it. It encrypted all my files and tried to hack all my emails but they didn't manage t hack them.

The format of the encrypted files are .cdxx 

So I'm asking if there is any way I can decrypt those files.

some victims were able to decrypt data using a tool developed by cyber security researcher, Michael Gillespie, however, since the encryption mechanism has been slightly changed (hence the new version, released in August, 2019)

I sure hope you have been caught by an older Version.

I'm not sure but you can try using a data recovery tool such as Stellar Data Recovery Professional to restore your encrypted files. This software can recover data from various storage devices, including hard drives, SSDs, USB drives, and SD cards.
