Is there a way to search for public (shared) folders on Google Drive?

 Ideally by keyword, but if that’s not an option, maybe by the owner’s email address? ?

If that’s not possible, here’s my backup question: 

is there a way to find all the Google Drive links we’ve already opened with our Google account? ?️

Any tips, tricks, or tools you’ve used would be hugely appreciated.

I would advice to make the font normal, color white and remove the emojis, would be easier to read.

I'm not sure if they're indexed like with other sources. I guess you see open links on forum posts to Google Drive?
