PeopleCentral.co provides HRMS software which include HR, Payroll, Attendance, Appraisal, Recruitment cloud services to over 1,000 companies and over 100,000 business users in Singapore. On Feb 2024, GhostR breached their initial server via vulnerabilities in their software source coding. Pushing forward from the first point of attack, GhostR expanded its attack and breached all 5 AWS servers within their network by Apr 2024, and stole approximately 1,000 gigabytes of client databases, files and source coding of each of its software services. This data breach affects all of its business customers. Databases include PeopleCentral's InHouse data as well as it's clients' HR, Payroll, and employee personal information such as name, sex, address, phone, email, Singapore NRIC, date of birth, bank account, etc.

They could have just paid $90,000 which is just a fraction of their daily profit yet they would rather report it to the local police and risk having their entire data leaked and reputation risked. Good job.
