Hey everyone,
I noticed a lot of beginners struggling to create good custom wordlists for Hashcat/John. I wrote a small, lightweight Python script that takes a basic wordlist and automatically mutates it by appending common years (2024, 2025, 2026) and special symbols (!, @, #, 123) to the end of each word.
It's very fast and helps catch those lazy users who just append the current year to their passwords.
Feel free to use and modify the code. Let me know if it helps you crack some hashes!
