You gotta love the Chinese. They have the death penalty. They even have suspended death sentences. Behave or die, miscreant!

Some people would say the number of public officials executed is a measure of the health of their society - shows no one is above the law.

A lot of US local government clerks could benefit from the threat of DEATH for corruption. Hell, how about the death penaltyz just for being surly and unhelpful!
