I think the first "Keycard" must be related to the 1st day, there is port 8000 opened with a login form.
However, the credentials are obviously not the same as on the github repo related to the challenge.

I had tried to create a cookie with the following command:

flask-unsign --sign --cookie "{'logged_in': true, 'username': 'admin'}" --secret '@09JKD0934jd712?djD'

But the session cookie doesn't seem to work...

In the end, the cookie worked...I had set true instead of 'True'...Once this problem was solved, I finally found the Keycard.

As for the SQ1, the first two questions are easy.
It's getting harder for the zip file, which I was able to find and extract using its magic byte...but I haven't found its password yet.
