For anyone unsure where to start, two focused entry points are MDN's structured web development lessons (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs...evelopment) and Python's virtual environment tutorial (https://docs.python.org/3/tutorial/venv.html). MDN includes practice challenges; the Python guide explains how to keep project dependencies separate.

One useful improvement to an index this large would be tagging each link as beginner tutorial, reference, or practice project, with the relevant language/runtime version. That would help newcomers choose one learning path and finish a small working project before adding more frameworks.
