One thing I discovered was that if you have a persons ssn and they are a college student, you can cancel their financial aid that they are receiving from the government.

In some states you can fuck with their vehicle registration without requiring ID scans - just SSN, name, DOB. I know this to be true in Ohio, but I haven't tried other states. Select "go paperless" and enable email notifications to a random burner address. He'll probably never notice until his tags expire and he gets pulled over.

Obviously good opsec is key here... Learn how to stay anonymous before messing with government departments.

I would have thought having a SSN number would allow for Lines of Credit/car loans but I guess you'd also have to have a fake license ... Actually I'm surprised at how limited the examples above are.

I guess they cracked down on those dark-net drivers license providers and now they're all cops posing as providers. I wouldn't trust any of them.

What I need is a Red Reddington (the Blacklist) to have a forger who can do custom.
