Actually there are many, but the average is typical of what people say haha. Models of Haikyuu, HxH, FMAB, AOT, and other famous anime.
But apart from that, I have one of the coolest anime that I rarely mention, Dororo.

I like the story, it's neat and the premise is quite interesting. Just for your information, I rarely see shonen anime with a story premise as dark as Dororo. What's it called? Pesugihan? It's similar.
The story is complex, each character has its own role for Hyakkimaru as the main character.
Hyakkimaru himself is very funny, Dororo as his companion is no less. The characters that appear are also very well portrayed. If you know the anime Mushishi, that's the model. But there is an end, there is a very clear goal like shonen in general.
The animated visuals are good, unique in the round face and hair.

Because this anime has a samurai theme, Hyakkimaru is quite brave in playing his new, very barmy role.
Severed heads, severed hands, severed ears, and dead humans are pretty good.

the coolest ones I've seen and remember are...Bleach(at the beginning), My Hero Academia (it's great), tokyo ghoul (only the first season).
