Hey, I want to know how the proxies thing works. I see some large list of HQ proxies but I dont how they work and use it.

If anyone can share some docs or resources for me to learn I would appreciate it.

Probably most useful for scraping. Basically if you're scraping CNN for all their stories, and you use % wget -r cnn.com and it starts downloading every CNN story every made, they'll get wise to you and block your IP.

A proxy will hide that all the requests are coming from the same IP.
