Does anyone know how long it takes on average for the registrations to open?

from several weeks to a couple of months. they do this from time to time. i believe it's to fight against fraudsters and leechers and to periodically clean a DB from  those garbage. 
so check it periodically.

Registration in XSS is usually opened and closed periodically by the admins decision but I'm not sure why, I imagine that in a few weeks it will be reopened again

In my opinion, I think that the admin are closing temporally the registrations to maintain the users registered, possibly cleaning inactive users, feds, scammers or not-russian ppl (lol this last is a joke)

I suppose that they will open soon
