I started reading the manga it took me less than 2 months to read everything that has been published so far and yeah the hype is real it’s an amazing manga Oda knows how to write a story. I definitely recommend reading it

Depends on how much time you have to spare, the first few hundreds episodes can be pretty boring, but those were made really long ago. After that it does get good but you would need to get used to its very slow progression but you can maybe to save some time by filtering out filler episodes.

In my case, first 150 or so episodes were sort of boring but then it started to be really nice when I reached the skypiea arc. Honestly dont watch one pace, it kinda ruins the experience... Watch it when you're on track with normal one piece tho.
