How hard is the market for a new vpn provider? Lets say I create my own VPN Provider company...in North America, how can one be in business against NordVPN or other providers? Is there something that other providers are missing from their subscription package that you would be ready to move to? Like Mullvad, IVPN they have accounts ID's to replace the email/pass...

there is too much compition with probably better speeds for their client base
i would say unless you come up with something different to dominate the market and take their share you won't make it profitable

With Competition, as stated by the person above, you will need to offer something additional compared to existing providers. Also, good luck earning the trust of new customers...
